After the dedication we will raise a glass to Heather’s memory and enjoy some food. If you were a friend of Heather or were one of the volunteers who helped plant the bed in February or donated to the 2023 gardening appeal, which helped fund the new bed, then you will be extra welcome at the dedication. Julie, Heather’s wife asked me to share the enclosed joyous photo of Heather at a Community Gardening Day in one of the beds before it was restored. Hopefully, the new bed will be a beautiful living tribute to Heather, and bring joy to users of the square in the years to come.
