On Sunday, 21 June, 7 local gardens opened as part of the National Garden Scheme. From city chic to relaxed wildlife retreat. As access was via the house you also got the added benefit of seeing how other properties have been adapted.

Combined entrance for all the gardens was £10. Children were free and all the money raised goes to the National Garden Scheme’s support for nursing and health charities. Tickets were purchased at any garden (4 have card machines, see below). The gardens opened from 2 to 5.30pm. Don't forget to visit the square garden, the central beds are looking magnificent.
